Jon Bon Jovi “Don’t waste your time away thinkin’ ‘bout yesterdays blues.” Those are the wise words of Jon Bon Jovi. Jon Bon Jovi is an American musician who had an interesting early life, and solo career. He has accomplished so much more than music. Early Life Jon’s early life is an interesting subject. He always seemed to love music and have passion for it. He played in a club by the time he was 16. He sometimes missed school the day after because he would be out so late the night before. Growing up, Jon idolized stars from New Jersey, because he was born and raised there. He became an actor and acted in famous movies and TV shows. He also wrote and sung the album for the movie Young Guns II. He even won a Golden Globe for the song Blaze of Glory from the album. While the band was on a break in 1989, Jon married his high school sweetheart, Dorothea Hurley. Jon had an impressive solo career. More than Music Jon not only was a musician, he is a great person who tries to help the world and the people who lives in it. His career was more than just music. One of the many things he has done is he created the Jon Bon Jovi Foundation and its website says that it helps fund “innovative community efforts to help break the frequency of poverty and homelessness. Another great thing he has done is becoming the co-founder and majority owner of the Arenas Football Leagues Philadelphia Soul. I personally think that is a great thing to do. One last great thing he done was not just by himself but with his band Bon Jovi. He and the band donated one million dollars to Oprah Winfrey’s Angel Network.
