People like Junot Diaz and Kate Chopin agree that stereotypes are a huge problem that has been surrounding society in bad ways. “The Story of an Hour” and “How to Date a Browngirl, Blackgirl, Whitegirl or Halfie” are similar because both stories reflect how stereotypes affect a person in a different way.
