What is justice? Is it the right of the people to have justice? If this is true who enforces it, the people or law enforcement. In the novel And Then There Were None a man takes the lives of nine people to help bring justice. Is this right? Should we take justice into our own hand? I believe we should. Based on the second amendment and the inalienable right to self defense; we the people can take justice into our own hands. Some may argue that guilt is its own form of justice, but in some cases people feel no shame and wrongdoing.
Justice is not just taken into action through violence; people can take justice through protecting themselves with an armed weapon. One example of this form of justice is when Vera Claythorne defended herself by
