How many people do you know that have taught themselves how to play the trumpet, guitar, piano, and drums, Justin Bieber did and this is one reason why he is destined to stand the test of time in the music industry. Standing the test of time in the music industry is not solely based on how many awards each album or song gets, it is primarily based on popularity. With over one-hundred million twitter followers Justin Bieber has no problems being popular. Justin Bieber first became popular after a talent manager discovered his YouTube videos covering a variety of different songs in 2008 and then was signed to RBMG, and less than a year later Justin released his debut EP, My World, in late 2009. My World has sold over a million copies, reached the number two spot on the Billboard album chart, and had all seven songs off the EP go on the Billboards Top 100 . …show more content…

My World 2.0 has sold over five million copies, and was Justin's first album to reach the number one spot on Billboard. Under the Mistletoe, his christmas themed album sold a little over two million copies. Believe was Justin's worst album sales wise selling about one and a half million copies. And lastly Purpose which has so far sold a little over three million copies, and was nominated four times for a grammy. Justin Bieber has become essentially the world's most famous musician that's still alive, Every album Justin has released has sold over a million copies, this is proof that this isn't just a one time thing, there's a pattern that cannot be beat. Justin took a short break and had an amazing comeback reinventing himself as an adult popstar, he has shown signs that he does not plan on slowing down anytime
