At the age of 12 years old, Justin Bieber finished second in an obscure talent contest in his hometown. When Justin was 14, a talent manager found his cover songs on Youtube. “Within months, Justin was an Internet sensation, with a large following of fans and an eager manager arranging for the teenager to fly to Atlanta to consider a record deal” (Justin Bieber. 1). Shortly after flying to Atlanta, bieber met with Usher. Usher signed the young singer to a contract. Bieber is determined because of how much stuff he is doing all the time. In 2013, Bieber had 3 major-label albums, Believe Acoustic, and he was putting out songs every week. He was touring almost the entire time, and his second movie was ready to hit theaters on Christmas (Lindner 2). Even though he was super busy, he was still determined to do everything. Bieber released another album, Purpose, in November 2015. “By June 2016, the album had sold 4.5 million copies around the world. Many people may not believe that he’s a thoughtful person because they only see the bad things in him. “When fans were waiting in the shivering cold and braving the blizzard Nemo to maybe see him perform and host on ‘Saturday Night Live’ earlier this year, Bieber bought his fans some Ray’s Pizza for the wait” (Lindner 3). Bieber bought his fans warm pizza because he figured they were hungry and cold. Justin tweets at his fans occasionally. “Justin’s Twitter and Instagram are feasts for the eyes (and soul).
