Recommended: Juvenile crime insrease

On March 18, 2017, at approximately 1412 hours I was dispatched to 101 Buenaventura; Kangaroo in reference to a juvenile complaint made by an anonymous complainant. Upon my arrival, I observed two Hispanic male juveniles sleeping on the side of the building. I observed Kevin Serrano Santiago later identified (see incident# 17I025658/ NM 915431/D.O.B 4/18/2001), conscious but not alert as I attempted to wake him up multiple times. I observed Gabriel Alexander Lebron (suspect/NM 861569) also conscious; however, he responded and was alert when I woke him up. Kevin was unable to identify himself due to the fact he could not speak for unknown reasons. I was able to identify Gabriel because he provided his driver’s license. Gabriel advised me verbally,

On 09/18/2016, at approximately 2148 hours, at the Durango Jail located at3225 W Gibson Ln Phoenix, AZ 85009 an Inmate/Inmate fight had occurred in Durango 3 B Pod between Inmate Moothery, Naz T303229 and Inmate Sams, Worine T284566. Upon entering Durango 3 B Pod, Inmate Sams approached Inmate Moothery and begun fighting by Durango 3 B Pod door. Multiple strikes were thrown by both inmates until Inmate Moothery had fallen to the Pod floor. At that time Officer Serrano approached the pod door and gave both inmates commands to stop fighting. No radio call was made due to both inmates complying with the orders given.

On 04/19/2018 at approximately 20:04 hours I, Deputy Keith Lloyd, along with Deputy Fred Corley were dispatched to 1299 E 119th Street, Mulvane, Sumner County Kansas for an unknown disturbance. The call was transferred from Mulvane PD who advised they could only hear that a male and his son were arguing. At approximately 20:34 hours Deputies arrived at 1299 E 119th Street. Upon arrival I made contact with a white male who was I recognized as Jarid Miles Branine from previous encounters. I asked Jarid what was going on and he stated he and his father got into an argument and his mother called the cops fearing the two were going to get into a fight.
