Taylor Swift and Kanye West are thought of as being polar opposites, but no one ever asks what are their similarities? Taylor Swift and Kanye West are two very popular artists in today's music. Even though they are both known for their music, they differ in more ways than one; from family life to personal differences, they are far from the same, but both being in the music industry, they are going to have some similarities. Taylor Swift, a pop artist who is often known for her ways of being able to paint a picture in the listener's mind, normally pulls from her personal experiences to create music that is relatable to a wide variety of people. His bold personality and willingness to speak his mind have made him as much a topic of conversation as his music. Taylor Swift grew up just like you would think; she had her mother and her father, who have supported her throughout everything she has done; her family didn't struggle with money since they were already pretty comfortable even before her fame; and she overall had a very good life as a child. Later on in her life, her parents split up; this was after she had gained the majority of her popularity. The divorce bothered her, but since both of her parents were very loving and supportive, they always went to her concerts together and supported her. Kanye, on the other hand, did grow up in the in the middle class, and his family was fortunate, but his mother and father divorced when he was very young, so he didn't get to have the experience of having both parents in the same household.
