PRELIMINARY STATEMENT Rosemary Henderson was arraigned in Yolo County Superior Court on May 30, 2016, for allegedly violation Health & Safety Code § 11379, subd. (a). Henderson pleaded not guilty and pursuant to Penal Code § 1538.5, moved to suppress the fruits of the search –the two baggies and the statements she made- arguing that the search of the trunk exceed the scope of any consent she had given. The trial court denied the motion. Henderson then withdrew her not guilty plea and pled guilty to the sale of a controlled substance.
Director (Robert Lee) and Intern Roberts made contact with Erica Sanders (09/07/1979) at her home in regards to the allegations. Ms. Sanders stated the following in response to allegations: • Mr. Lee explains the purpose of the home visit and the allegations. • Moved to Leesburg from Alabama a couple of months ago, to get away from a negative environment. • Her daughters (Kayleigh & Renee) was not at home, they attended a football game with their neighbors. • Her daughter (Renee Boots, 11/11/2001) of having bi-polar, and she refuses to take her medicine.
The target audience we approached was decision maker, Catharine Baker. Catharine Baker is a Republican, California Assembly Member who is currently the elected assembly member for district 16. We presented AB 2590, Restorative Justice Act. We presented with the intent to influence and educate decision maker Baker with the hopes of her supporting this bill. What would follow this sighting, and the subsequent missing persons report of Laura Houghteling would be a fascinating murder investigation which would lead to a precedent setting conviction and the capture of a serial killer. This report will investigate the method of Mitochondrial DNA analysis through the DNA typing method of RFLP or Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism. In 2012, Allison Huguet and her friend Keely Williams went to a party at their childhood friend’s house, a linebacker for the University of Montana Grizzlies, Beau Donaldson. After a night of drinking and partying, Allison spent the night on Beau’s couch where she awoke to Beau raping her. Terrified and violated, she didn’t tell anyone except Keely who admitted she also had been a victim of acquaintance rape when she was too drunk to go home. Although she refrained from reporting the crime, Allison got Beau to admit he raped her through a recorded confession, and she instead succumbed to the psychological trauma rape victims often endure. She works mostly weekends at the Pittsfield Country Club as a waitress. She believes her ethnicity is Irish because her family, mostly her mother has told her that.
She built a solid relationship with the three inmates by writing letters to encourage and uplift, going to visit and challenging the inmates to think outside of the norms that were placed on them by society which shows her charisma and intellectual stimulation. Davis treated everyone she encountered as an individual and not just as someone belonging to a certain group, which demonstrates her individual consideration. Davis also identifies with another leadership style named authentic leadership. Mildred Ross, OTR/L, FAOTA, graduating from Columbia University in 1951. She worked in mental health and was a pioneer in combining creativity and knowledge to improve the ability of people with disabilities to respond in a group session to the physical environment. She worked as an educator and served in leadership positions both in the work setting and in the Connecticut Occupational Therapy Association. Mildred Ross developed the Five-Stage Group, an approach for working with clients with psychiatric, cognitive, and developmental disabilities.
Susie Speeker attended Oliver Wendell Holmes High School, located town of South Bay. The community of South Bay sponsored a community-wide health fair which was held in a city park. Susie’s High School had a booth at the event. The school administration and teachers advocated students to attend the event and as a volunteer participation they will receive an “extra credit”. One of the themes at the event was toxic effects of drug use.
Katherine Knight 1 OVERVIEW OF THE CRIME On February 29th of 2000, after finally getting fed up with the constant assaults he endured from his partner; Katherine Knight, John price went to the Scone Magistrates court to take out an apprehended violence order (AVO) against Katherine, in a hope to keep her away from his kids and himself once and for all. Later that night, an unknowing Katherine Knight turned up to John Price’s house and they went on to have sexual intercourse. After this, Knight stabbed Price in his sleep, resulting in Price attempting to run away down the hall, this, however was an unsuccessful attempt and knight ended up stabbing him at-least a further 36 times.
