I am pleased to announce the promotion of Katie McCracken to the position of Digital Manager of Wound Care.

Katie joins us from the Amazon team. On the Amazon team Katie was Customer Development Manager over the Wound Care, Self Care and Tena businesses. During her time on the Amazon business Katie delivered +$13.1MM, +61% GRS growth for the J&J Health and Personal Care businesses. In addition, she developed and executed retail media and promotions plans in partnership with brand AMS and AMG plans. Katie Led the partnership with Amazon Fresh and Prime Now across all GBUs. Katie executed ‘first ever’ strategic programs on Amazon which included a One Stop Shop Health Care Landing Page, the Amazon Wellness Pilot with United Health Care, participation in FSA store and Sampling. In this role Katie collaborated across internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Customer Strategy, Supply Chain and Finance to develop eCommerce strategies and partner for growth.

Katie graduated from La Salle University in 2012 with a degree in Marketing. Katie is graduating with her MBA in Management and a concentration in Organization Behavior this month from La Salle University. …show more content…

In this role, Katie developed strategies across the retailers, created internal processes and was tasked with driving eCommerce education across teams. Katie led and created the 2017 LE Forecasting process for the Omnichannel teams. In addition, she acted as Walgreens.com Customer Development Manager for six months where she worked with the merchandisers to have new items set up, ratings & reviews, baseline and enhanced content updated and planned online specific promotions.
