After Rue got shot with a spear and after Katniss killed the boy who killed Rue she decided to cover Rue in flowers to show the Capitol that she actually cares about Rue. Katniss and Peeta have this argument about killing one another and how only one can live so one should kill the othere one because they deserve to live. Then Kattniss remembers she has the poison-berries. So she tells peeta to listen to her and eat the barries Because if they can’t take both Katniss and Peeta as victors. I feel it’s the most important because it is the one that gave the people of the other distractions the most hope in finally having a leader to go against the capital in the other
