Goal 1: Keegen will manage her anger and maintain her safety.

Keegan and her mother were in a good mood when the QP met with them for a session.
Keegan acknowledged, "There are different situations that set me off such as my mother breathing heavily when I ask her something, my neighbors, or my stupid friends at school."
Keegen's mother interrupted her to say something about why Keegen gets upset, but Keegen started shouting at her mother saying she was rude for interrupting her then she crossed her arms and was pouting.
Keegen's mother shared, "This is normal for her now to get so angry over something so small which causes her to be in a bad mood."
Keegen commented, "It depends on the situation whether I am willing to work on my anger. …show more content…

Keegen stated, "I am interested in finding out about my mother's family, who my father is, and whether I have any siblings."
Keggen reported, "My biological mom committed suicide"; however, Keegen's mother stated, "She did not commit suicide and she has went over this several times with Keegen that her mother had a heart infection."
Keegen listened as the QP shared that it maybe beneficial to wait until she is older to explore her blood line because she has other aspects of life she needs to focus on.
Keegen made minimal progress with managing her anger and maintaining safety, as indicated by Keegen's anger escalating with her mother over a simply matter; however, she was able to be redirected to change her
