Eric LeGrand is a former American football defensive tackle who played college football at Rutgers. He was born on September 4, 1990, Avenel, Woodbridge, NJ. He has twenty-five years of age and is paralyzed from the neck down due to an injury that occurred in football. This injury occurred in October of 2010 while attempting a tackle on the football field when he was twenty years old. I believe that his family, peers and coach would describe him as a strong and courageous person with determination that he will get back to his past self and continue to strive for his goals.
Gary Leon Ridgeway was born on February 18th, 1949 in Salt Lake City, Utah, and is known to be one of the most infamous serial killers in American history. His nickname was “The Green River Killer” because he was known to dump many of the bodies in the wooded areas around the Green River (formally named the Duwamish River) in Washington State. He was convicted of 48 separate murders, but one more was added to that number as part of a plea bargain. Making 49 confirmed kills the most of any American serial killer ever. At one point he confessed to almost twice as many kills.

His father would often hit him with a leather belt other than discipline and treated him less than his other siblings.
William Ellery was born on December 22, 1727 in Newport, Rhode Island, to his father, William Ellery, and his mother, Elizabeth Almy (Pyne). His great-grandparents immigrated to the United States in 1668 where they then settled down near Salem, Massachusetts. William’s grandpa moved to Newport to start up as a new merchant.
