Kenny Chesney and Keith Urban music comparison report The legendary Kenny Chesney (Kenneth Arnold) was “born on March 26, 1968 in Knoxville Tennessee” (Grooves Music). “Kenny was raised in Luttrell Tennessee with only his one sibling, his younger sister Jennifer Chandler.
