Kid Cudi's Song Soundtrack 2 My Life

The feeling of depression is not an easy thing to comprehend. Is is a dark road to have to go down regardless of who you are or what your situation is. This is especially true in the case of rapper Kid Cudi who was recently in rehabilitation for depression and suicidal urges. His song Soundtrack 2 My Life talks about the fight with depression while telling the story of Cudi's life and what lead to the depression he faces now. Cudi touches on things like how he's thought of committing suicide and starting serious drug use as well as things that happened during his childhood such as his father dying. The chorus of the song is the part of the song that repeats and cudi uses the chorus to tell you that he isn't going to hide his emotions any longer.
