Klaus Makes The 'False Sense Of Redemption'

180 Words1 Pages
I don't care for the whole "Klaus needs more redemption" route and mantra Elijah has going on once again. Klaus has paid his dues, if the people who were witnessed to his "trial" wanted more payback they had the chance and didn't take it. Alastor tried while Klaus was weakened and still got fucked up but at least he still tried for more unlike the rest. I don't understand why it's painted on the show as only Klaus needs this false sense of redemption. Elijah and Kol seem like they need it as well. Elijah's view of redemption is wrong in my opinion. Klaus raising his daughter and not killing anyone isn't redemption. Redemption is paying for what you've done and being forgiven for whatever type of pain you caused someone because of your actions.
