The Mexican Kickapoo, or Tribu Kikapú, are a binational indigenous people, as some of whom reside in both Mexico and the United States. In Mexico, they were allocated land at Hacienda del Nacimiento near the town of Múzquiz in the state of Coahuila in 1850. A small group of Kickapoo also live in the state of Sonora. The Mexican Kickapoo often work as migrants in Texas and move throughout the Midwest and the western United States working as farm labor before returning to Mexico for the winter (Mexican Kickapoo).
Kehinde Wiley is an American artist, known for his paintings whose subjects are usually African-American men portrayed in heroic poses. Wiley was born in 1977 in Los Angeles, California. He began to train in art schools at a young age with the encouragement and support of his mother. In 1999, he received his BFA from the San Francisco Institute of Art, and by 2001, Kehinde had received his MFA from Yale University. After his major schooling, Kehinde moved to Harlem to work at the Studio Museum.

The Shenandoah Salamander, or Plethodon shenandoah is a very important animal in the ecosystem. Due to the infestations of diseases and pests, it is now considered an endangered animal, or an animal that is near extinction. The ideal habitat for this species is moist forested areas on the peeks of mountain tops. It can not be any mountain top tho, this species is only found on the North facing talus slopes on three mountain tops inside the Shenandoah National Park, which is in Virginia. Due to the habitat of these animals, they are hard to find,and therefore the population is unknown.
Flatwood Salamanders do not adapt very well to their environment, which is why they are endangered. One adaptation that the salamander has made would be that it uses crayfish burrows to live in. They also have adapted to use camouflage by making themselves grey and black, so that they can hide in shadows, and dark places. They have also learned to breed in isolated ponds without and predatory fish, so that they and their babies do not get eaten. During WWII, there was more than 120,000 people died, including Japanese-Americans and POWs. When they were being held captive in these internment camps, they are made to feel invisible. Wataru Kurenai was born to a human by the name of Otoya Kurenai and a Fangire queen by the name of Maya, this makes Wataru half-Fangire and half-human. When he was living with his mother Maya he had attacked humans when he was younger. He had never knew his father at all, but had heard stories of him. Maya had always told him that he was a good man that she had loved deeply. When he was younger, he had never knew of his older brother, Taiga.
