On 7/13/15 worker made an unannounced visit to the residence of Mr. Lawson Lovett, for the purpose of monitoring the situation and gathering information. During today 's home visit, Mr. Bobby Lovett informed worker he did not want to fill out VA NH application because he had done that before and Mr. Lawson Lovett was denied due to him registered as a sex offender. Mr. Bobby Lovett provided worker with documentation. The documentation stated the crime happened in Biloxi Mississippi 4/28/1993. According to Mr. Bobby Lovett, Mr. Lawson Lovett returned to Alabama in 1998 or 1999.

Briefly describe the 1984 case of Denice Haraway. Describe the Ada police mistreatment of Tommy Ward and Karl Fontenot with regard to the case. Make connections to the Ada police mistreatment of Ron Williamson and Dennis Fritz. Denice Haraway was at a local convenience store, where she was assumed to be kidnapped with no traceable evidence. Haraway’s body was never found nor was it proven she was kidnapped supporting her disappearance.
The issue in this case revolves around the civil rights under the Constitution of the United States for a juvenile that is going through proceedings as a delinquent when there is a potential for incarceration. Gerald Gault was a 15-year-old that was accused of making an obscene telephone call to his neighbor, a Mrs. Cook, on June 8, 1964. Subsequently, Mrs. Cook filed a complaint with the police regarding the incident. Eventually that same day, Gerald Gault and Ronald Lewis, a friend, were arrested for the incident and transported to the Children’s Detention Home.
Gerald Gault was a 15 year-old accused of making an lewd telephone call to a neighbor, Mrs. Cook, on June 8, 1964. After Mrs. Cook filed a complaint, Gault and Ronald Lewis, were arrested and taken to the Children’s Detention Home. Gault was on probation at that time, after being in the company of another boy who had stolen a wallet. At the time of the arrest of the phone call incident, Gault’s parents were at work. The arresting officer at no time made any attempted to notify or contact the parents of Gault’s parents to inform them of his arrest.
On 08-23-07 at 1955 hours I, Det. Frankie Sanchez was dispatched to “Little Hattie” a neighborhood in Miami Florida located between Corvette Drive between 73rd Street and 3rd Avenue. I was call in to support my fellow detective Armando Aguilar, who is the lead officer on homicide case .I was brief on the case when I arrived on the scene, the victim was found in the dumpster by a store owner during the evening who recalls smelling a disgusted odor. The boy body was found behind the dumpster according to the report from the store owner.

Abstract The purpose of this research paper is to choose which of these models of justice: retributive, utilitarian, restorative or parallel, is appropriate for the Jonathan Nathaniel Ramsey case. We need justice to be delivered efficiently, effectively in order to make sure the offenders are held accountable and the victims receive assistance. Each crime that is committed needs to be addressed properly. When the crimes are not then that leads to the unrest in the community and to the victims.
At approximately 13:00 on Friday, December 04, 2015 Russell Newman contacted Brad Smiley to discuss both a phone conversation and professional relationship between him and Dora Gillespie. Russell discuss that Dora called over and told him that Junior (Josh) needed to stop visiting with “Daddy” and come over and take care of an inbound A-1 trailer. Russell “tried” to inform Dora that Josh was not over there but Dora said I know he is because I have been running marbles all day and have seen him there for about 15 minutes then according to Russell, Dora hung up on him. Prior to my visit with Russell Dora talked to me about the phone conversation between her and Russell.

No domestic violence in his background, testifying in court, I was afraid of her, they had lived together four months . Sworn afiddavits can prove physical violence patterns of the troubled woman's life, reporting abuse repeatedly in relationships. On December 28, 2011 Don visibly shook at the police station after his arrest, cried I did not shoot her, hospitalized the victim stood in our parents' driveway a short time later, a band-aid on her neck and claiming I did it he was leaving me, I am going to have the charges dropped.

On Monday February 29, Doris arrived at my center and informed me that she's here for an inspection. During the inspection, she informed me that my Preschool room is out of ratio and that I have two infants under 17 months there. I would like for her to specify who those infants are because of the two youngest children that I moved to the toddler room, neither was under 17 months. I processed several applications for employment the week of February 22 and submitted background checks on the following applicants: Amber Jones, Nancy Estrada, Margie Lovaton, and Farzana Zehra. I hired Amber, Nancy and Margie pending background results and kept Farzana on standby in case she was needed.

A key to providing appropriate punishment across a wide range of cases is the transfer process. In some states, judges decide whether to grant the state’s request to move a juvenile to adult court; in others, removal is automatic for certain specified crimes, usually murder. This is how we separate out those few crimes committed by juveniles deserving of adult trial and punishment. Bound over to be tried as an adult on crimes that are seemingly to be committed by adults, but yet are carried out by juvenile offenders, also.
