For this week I have been using Zotero to organize and look up useful academic journals to use for my three new citations. Combined with Zotero, I have also been using Ebsco to help find some interesting topics related to the setting that I wanted to focus my points on. Zotero’s feature of allowing me to save the PDF and bookmarking useful articles was really convenient and saved me a lot of time. Zotero’s feature of creating bibliographies also saved me quite some time, as it allowed me to go straight to the annotations for my readings. Everything went smoothly and efficiently with the combination of Ebsco and Zotero together.
The HIM quality coordinator should include the HIM director and staff member in this process, and also make an attempt to secure upper management buy-in for the proposed solution. The HIM coordinator should seek collaboration across all departments in an attempt to address these issues, and develop an effective workflow process within the HIM department to ensure bill hold is held below $500,000.00 mark. Next step of action will involve having all physicians onboard with the new workflow process, which means that physicians make every effort to complete their patient’s file within a reasonable timeframe, and having a physician champion can help smooth things out. Lastly, there will be need to establish an effective policy to reduce the length of billing hold; this policy will specify a three to four day holding period, and with the support from upper management the organization can levy a penalty against any clinician/physician that fail to complete their patient’s file in a timely
The tone of the group leader was calming and encouraging; his voice felt reassuring and affirming that ultimately empowering by simply sharing his stories. The open format felt genuine in nature and the group appeared cohesive. Reoccurring themes for most speakers were difficulties in identifying their feelings, perceive themselves as completely unselfish and dedicated to the well-being of others. Listening to others sharing their struggles, I began to access my life and codependent tendency that I may exhibit.

Would you please take a look to the claim and advise your team that they need to make the appropiate corrections on claim.
I depict my ideal future in the Peterson Self Authoring Project that run as follows: I want to be someone who will be imitate at least by some persons in their life time as an exemplified person. I'm a very ordinary person who never compromise with dishonesty, never be late in working place except rare occasions, and never be avoid any assigned tasks, never be biased to anyone, and never be directed by any personal liking or disliking while making an assessment. It's my pleasure if some of these qualities will transform into those persons who have a close contacts with me especially in working places. I want to do the same thing as I have already do.
I am the type of person who gets anxious making a phone call, but has the ability to feel completely at ease wandering around an unfamiliar city with only the slightest knowledge of how to get wherever it is I am going. There is something very satisfying about meeting new people and exploring places I’ve never been before. For someone who has always preferred to keep to herself, I have an overwhelming curiosity about the world around me, and I dedicate a lot of my time trying to understand the people in it. When I was little, maybe around five or six, I would play this game where every time strangers caught my attention, I would make up a story about how and why they met, and write about how they ended up in the same place as me. This game resulted in a dozen composition notebooks full of stories that are now stacked in the corner of my

Lejla Hodzic Mrs.Monroe English III(H): Period 3 Journal Reflection-MP1 When first writing in my journal I struggled with how deep to go with my discussion questions and what I should be asking my classmates. I feel that I have struggled with this because I lack confidence on what I am trying to prove or say in my writing. When reading in the past I have never pushed myself to question the author’s purpose or ask questions that invoke much thought. Up to this point in the year writing in my journal as well as annotating in the text, has helped my reading and writing immensely.
What is sociology? Before taking this class, I honestly had a very limited understanding of what sociology meant. However, because of the great diversity of people living in America, I have now realized how viewing the world with a sociological perspective can help me grasp the reality of many beliefs and practices in society today. Starting off with understanding the origin and purpose of sociology and transitioning into major topics such as race and ethnicity and education, I have gained new perspectives on how to observe the world around me.
My small group experience was back in Secondary School where I was part of my school’s National Police Cadet Corps (NPCC) Cadet Leaders’ committee. The group lasted for approximately two years. Within the two years, we have meetings every fortnightly. This committee is a task group in which all members worked together to carry out activities for the school’s NPCC unit. Regarding to CCD projects mentioned previously, interdisciplinary collaboration can be seen commonly, including artist, local organizer, social worker, community member, students. It is worthy to think about what the social worker’s role is in the CCD. Social workers serve three main roles - facilitator, organizer and advocate. As a facilitator, social workers could work in gathering and facilitating groups of people for community development, actively participating in cultural life, for instance, circle painting and symbiotic dance held by the CCCD. To be an organizer, social workers could carry out community organization in various levels from finding the potential local organizer to organize cultural project for the targeted community and
