When the American revolution ended in 1783, America struggles to transition into an independent country. After several trial and error, they adopted the constitution which started the unification of America. President George Washington and Thomas Jefferson molded the government to its current state helping to establish a stable government. In 1789, a former leader of the continental army and chairman of the continental congress George Washington was unanimously chosen to be the first president of the united states. With no exemplar George Washington plan was to establish the judicial courts of the united states.
