I appreciate the way Dr. Dossey analyzes the advantage of promoting introversions under different situations. For instance, he mentioned the success of a leader depends on the personality type of his or her employees at work. Extroverted leaders work better with introverted employees who are more skillful in taking in advice, while introverted leaders and extroverted employees seem to also create a better working environment together, since introverted leaders would be more likely to respect and consider those proactive ideas proposed by his employees.
