My business will start off relatively small so the plans for my business should reflect such. The mission of Lash Out is to operate a lucrative business by delivering top-notch pampering and aesthetician services in a chic, glamorous, professional environment. Some specific goals set forth for my business is to be out of the red and to begin seeing profits by the end of third month. Another aim is to retain a local client return rate of 80% by the end of six months. By the end of twelve months we will add up to five other licensed employees to the staff to continue the growth and success of the business.
