I have been selected in the past to join in an interview for a new member of staff. It was an eye opening as I realized is not easy to just select any candidate but to select a candidate that is willing to learn and that can work as a team. During the interview, there were many questions that most of the candidate could not answer. It is vital that a lead adult is present in recruitment and selection because they may have some questions that may have raised from their experience and want to know if the potential new member can work under pressure or can work in a challenging environment.
