Introduction
When talking about leadership it is a complex subject for people in today’s world in both Christian and non-Christian areas. However, in the book Being Leaders: The Nature of Authentic Christian Leadership, the author Aubrey Malphurs (2003) gives the reader an understanding of what it means to be an effective leader. In addition, Malphurs (2003) he provides a set of skills so that any leader could go in maturation in the leadership role. There are audits in this book that gives an awareness to leaders that are in different areas of leadership.
