I believe that studying Management at The Florida State University has given me the tools and resources necessary to be successful. Thinking about my past, it has not only been my education that has given me my leadership qualities, but also having the privilege of being captain of both my high school and travel soccer teams. My experiences both on and off the field have taught me a multitude of leadership skills that I am able to carry with me for the rest of my life. First, I love being able to work with others. Being the leader of a team allows me to not only give the team direction, but also allows me to share my knowledge with others. The most important factor I take into consideration when I am put into a leadership position is approachability.
