1. To define leadership is a challenge that took me a lot longer than I had expected and has caused me to take a deep reflection. True leadership to me is not something that is a given or part of a formal position, rather it is something that is earned through time, experience and respect. It is the ability to influence a group or organization to attain a common goal and to accept the challenges set before them.
