My life as an accountant is living with numbers I have liked the job when helping in the family job. I got so good on it that now I am studying accounting at SU University my knowledge expands into knew fields in accounting which caused me to redraw my plans and start thinking of establishing my own accounting agency. I started dreaming and planning big. Numbers motivate me and it make my bread. I was excited about the class of leadership management.

This course of leadership management surprised me with teaching how I can be deliberative. Wise teachings. Before I am used to get very mad when something goes wrong in my plans. I practicing how to stay focus hoping to perfect being focus on multitasks and keep up the good progress without quoting any of my project. While focusing on my work I spontaneously gain the trust of others on what I do. I can easily persuade people around me and make them one-team and lead them finding the middle ground getting mutual goals for all. My focus point out what stands on my way slowing down or stopping my progress. Now I am capable of taking the correct decision in order to stop doing something appeared to me as a waste of time. My focus is what’s keeping me ahead of others. I will keep learning continually to be unique, different and more professional than any other. I will focus on headhunting to gain my business valuable members I’ll will even share profit with my workers to motivate them. I worked in tow companies back in Saudi Arabia. The first one KWG was paying high salaries but they are fixed salaries. The employee of KWG was living in a routine and boring life. One the other hand, the second company PetroJet was paying way less salaries but they have financial incentives that can go up 100% of the basic salary based on the supervisors’ recommendation following a certain criteria in the monthly evaluation. The work force in the second company Petro Jet was way higher than KWG’s workforce. As results in both the companies. They both work in contracting. PetroJet was always finishing projects on time and they make good profits. KWG on the other hand was never on time and always get Fines on delay from theirr
