The Pop Rocks have a very small amount of carbon dioxide in them. When the Pop Rocks are in your mouth they dissolve and the carbon dioxide is released making the pieces of candy explode in your mouth. When the Pop Rocks come in contact with the soda, the gas in the Pop Rocks escape after disolving and the carbon dioxide escapes from the liquid into the balloon. When this happens it causes the gas to make the balloon expand bigger and bigger until the air can escape.
In this lab, we soaked a gummy bear in water for twenty four hours to see the effects osmosis would have on it. When we got our gummy bear we would take its measurements and soak it in water. After twenty four hours we would take it out and record the measurements again and find the percent change. The question that we addressed in this lab was, what would happen if you soaked a gummy bear in water for twenty four hours? I hypothesized that after this time the gummy bear would increase in size.

The main idea of the article “Fidget toys are all the rage among kids, even those without ADHD and autism” is that fidget toys are popular among kids. I think this is the main idea because the whole article was talking about fidget toys and how many kids own them and use them during class. The first text evidence supports the main idea because the evidence talks about how a toy store owner is running out of fidget toys since they are in high demanded they sell quickly. The problem is that this toy store owner says that they are selling quicker than they get a new shipment in of this fidget toys. The main idea is about fidget toys are popular among kids which shows that the toy store is selling out of fidget toys since they are very popular
