Leroy Hood, an American biologist once said, “Don't underestimate the power of your vision to change the world. Whether that world is your office, your community, an industry, or a global movement, you need to have a core belief that what you contribute can fundamentally change the paradigm or way of thinking about problems.” One of the main reasons the world is so bad today is because people are too afraid to try, they are too afraid to stand out from everyone around them. This is because of how judgemental and hypocritical people have become over a period of time. Some people have really good ideas, and would like to participate more in the world, but are too scared to step out of their comfort zone. Along with trying in school, students would try harder and be less afraid if there was not always that one other person to put them down. Now, think about the people that are in jail that got put there for doing something they most likely should not have been doing. Have you ever realized that people in jail get treated better than people in the military. In jail or even prison you are not risking your life, you are serving time or being punished, but you get more free time and you get better food then the military citizens that are fighting for us. Not only do people in jail get treated better than people in the army, they also get treated better than elderly people in nursing homes. People in prison or jail get a shower everyday, access to a library, computer, tv, gym, doctor on site, and free medication if needed. However, elderly in a nursing home get cold meals, lights out at 7, two showers a week, live in a smaller room, and have to pay 4,000 dollars a month for
