First, I believe by obtaining my Master in Theology from Liberty University it has helped me develop a stronger and deeper understanding of God’s word. My studies at Liberty have set me up for success in the Doctorate Program at Liberty. Liberty seminary staff has very knowledge staff and motivates their students to excel in their studies and gain a full understanding God’s word. The instructors at the Rawley’s Seminary school has a great depth of knowledge and wants the seminary students to gain a deeper understanding of God’s word to be able to minster to other people around the world. We want to be able to influence people to do God's will, much of which requires a certain level of expertise in order to be effective (witnessing, teaching, discipling, etc.). This means that in the first place, the leader is concerned with the learning process, and how to bring about rapid and permanent learning. A child must learn to walk, talk, and feed herself. Christians must learn to pray, study, love others, admit sin etc. Vision has always been considered an important component in leadership, both in Christian and secular circles. The term usually refers to the ability leaders have to form a plan for the future and to get others excited about their plan. Often, leaders have less a plan, but more of a simple picture of a possible future, and let people sort out the action steps toward that more general picture. In the Bible, the word vision is more often used as an encounter with God where he imparts special revelation, often intuitively, in dreams, or "in dark sayings." Respect, love, right from wrong, these are very important things to have in Christian leadership. Charter and values of a person are different. Our charter is a spiritual fruit and a blessing that is built from a real, Godly relationship and total commitment to Christ as Lord. In order for us to develop a strong charter, the flow from the Fruit of the Holy Spirit must be accessed and developed (Galatians 5:22-23). The preacher must preach the word, the leadership sculpt it, and the church encourage and model it through the precepts of the world. One characteristic is to conform to the image of God. God has called me to educate and work to help other Christians reach the unchurched people in the world. When being called to leadership and work for the Kingdom, we have choice to act evil or goodness; to act with our sinful motives or stand strong with the calling from God. Charter comes from our devotion to faith, and exercising out our faith with trust and obedience, regardless of the obstacles we face in life. We should not be looking at our earthly situation; rather, it is looking to God. God will always love His children regardless however; God desires and deserves our whole-hearted loyalty, allegiance, trust, obedience, and devotion.
