Lil Pump's self-titled mixtape "Lil Pump" is an invaluable chronicle of the "rockstar lifestyle", as well as a window into his life, and his subtle yearning for a deeper meaning in his life. It chronicles his stardom, and his relationship is based on his fame, for his doubts that this is the correct lifestyle for him, and concludes with his decision to take this path, for better, or for worse. "Lil Pump" provides an accurate depiction of the steps in the famous lifestyle, and the feelings created through it. To begin with, Lil Pump's rise to fame, and into the 'rockstar lifestyle', bring him many relationships, sexual, friendly, and otherwise. For example, the second song on the mixtape, "Gucci Gang", contains lyrics such as "I do not know …show more content…

At times, he feels sorry for the path he has decided to take. Most importantly, Lil Pump may be for a long time, monogamous relationships, and may well be able to settle down someday, have one boy and one girl, and have a stable home in the suburbs. To support this, Lil Pump references the same woman in two songs.In "Crazy", Pump states "That bitch she swallow my baby, bought me brand new Mercedes, ooh" (Crazy). He references "Crazy" in "Back", Pump saying, "I just bought a brand new Mercedes" (Back). Although it is possible they are different women, I believe that it is possible to refer to the female from "Crazy", the Mercedes reference implies that the songs are close to the Lil Pump Expanded Universe Timeline ™. Lil Pump's hidden yearning for a relationship is extremely important in understanding the ultra-famous, and how they are people, just like us.
