This research study interests me because stress, anxiety and other mental illness increases as age and somehow the other way it affects the workplace of an individual. This study will help me to know my curiosity to some extent the actual reason for the aging at work place related to quality of life or some mental health illness depressive, anxiety symptoms.
Research Review The population used in this primary research was all nursing employees aged ≥45 years in multicentre department at Germany. According to the German Federal Statistical Office, “changes will result in a shortage of more than 150,000 full-time nurses in Germany in 2025”. Moreover, this study considered the all European countries which was dealing with the high work volume and stress level at healthcare systems. Sample size of 115 nurses who were divided into intervention group and a wait-list control group were selected working at multicentre department in Germany.
