"We are all capable of doing terrible things" author unknown. To commit a murder is a terrible things, and once someone do it, they can never take it back. This year nearly 16,121 people were murder, some by friends, families, and some by complete strangers. Most of these cases were solved, but some were not, these are called controversial cases. The deaths of Mr. and Mrs. Borden are still one of life's mysteries. No one was every convicted making it still one of the most controversial cases in America. There was never any forensic evidence against Lizzie. According to Maggie Pehanick a journalist at Pop sugar wrote "Fingerprint testing hadn't become routine yet, and the police were reluctant to do any forensic tests" ( The Outrageous, Bloody, True Story of Lizzie Borden). This shows that since the police couldn't match the fingerprints that they had not forensic evidence against her. At the time police did not want to do any prints making this part of the trial some what their own fault. A murder weapon was never found in the Borden's home following the murders. With this testimony and the other testimony being somewhat the same the man in both could of been the same. Both testimonies show that he had a pale complexion and was acting very strange. This is the man who could of killed Mr. and Mrs. Borden. With Mr. Borden being a wealthy man in society and having three different testimonies, there could of been other suspects in the case against Lizzie Borden, proven her innocent even
