II. Comparison and Contrast:
These two literary pieces are one of the saddest love stories in literature. In most romances, their love bloomed slowly and their love was truly above all and became the purpose of their lives, loving each other till their last breath. These two literary pieces are one of the best stories that I’d ever read, and it was so wonderful and breathtaking, reading this gave me a thrill of suspense, while thinking how to compare and contrast between the two literary pieces, the common is that both are all about love and tragedy.
Romeo and Juliet is forbidden to fall in love because of their family having an ongoing feud, and had a love at first sight, they are expressing their love secretly and privately for their family

While in “Lancelot and Queen Guinevere” keeping their secret to a King who is already married to a Queen that Lancelot loves, for me that is already cheating, King Arthur, gathered 12 knights just to catch Lancelot and Queen Guinevere in bed, and Lancelot tried to escape, because of the rumors that made Lancelot to challenge to dispute the charge before they are caught being together in bed. I prefer “Romeo and Juliet” when it comes to the connection of the theme between the two literary pieces, despite of all the difficulties they’ve been though, they still hold on to each
