Because the concept of ethics has already become objective existence that grows earliest than the narrative theme, ethical text is the fundamental impetus of the unfolding of the narrative story when it intersects with narrative stories. In order to save his father, Fong Sai-Yuk fights with turnkeys. But no matter how hard he tries, he would never succeed. Finally, his father is saved. In The Legend of Fong Sai-Yuk, arrangement of narrative structure and storyline explain the meaning of filial piety and loyalty which promote the formation of the climax in the film and reach a consistent recognition of Fong Sai-Yuk with the audience.
