The culture at lululemon stems from its core values and the company manifesto. Lululemon believes in delivering quality, product, integrity, balance, entrepreneurship, balance, and fun. They seek to provide quality products for their customers to sustain brand loyalty. Aside from their customers, the company also invests a lot into their employees. Although this is a hefty cost, lululemon sees benefits in investing in their employees. The company can grow pretty fast while maintaining its culture.They believe that collectively, when employees are motivated to reach their goals it could contribute to the success of the company.
