The business Lush is an organisation that makes beauty products from organic fruit and vegetables, oils and synthetics. The main mission for the business is to make and sell products that are handmade and only use ingredients that are safe. They want their products to be of a good value to customers and to portray the meaning of ‘organic’ beyond their business to customers. Lush is against animal testing when it comes to making beauty products for humans and also states that the customer is always right. Within Lush they have the main drive for achievement and want to be able to reach their mission by going through opportunities. By developing the need for achievement in a business each of the entrepreneurs must have had a background which involved not being confident within employment. This could be an advantage for Constantine and Weir as they would want to be able to succeed within their business as they didn’t have that motivation in the past. There are a few main entrepreneurial behaviour factors that the founders of Lush would need in order to successfully manage and achieve their main mission for the business. The first is having a good sense of judgement and awareness, by having this type of behaviour it either develops throughout working or it could already be used and therefore enhanced in the business. If there was to be a lot of influences for Constantine and Weir then this would affect the business as well as the decisions that are being made for it, this will have an impact on the status quo. Another type of behaviour that would be needed for an entrepreneur is having good leadership skills and using this to reach business objectives, the mind of the entrepreneur has to make interpret their own aspects. There can be an influence for the entrepreneur which is that being in the business can influence them itself but also considering peer pressure by other members.
