(48) I went up to my door to go make sure my Mom left. I grabbed the suitcase, and set it next to my bed. “Why does she have to go for two months?” (49) I sat in my room for a while, I was upset, I was mad, and I didn't know what to do or say.I just sat there all day until my Mom called me for dinner. (50) “Dinner is ready!” my Mom called up to me. “It's your favorite, Mac and Cheese!” she said. “I will be down in like ten minutes.” I told her. I love Mac and Cheese, but i was not in the mood to eat, I ate about half my plate and went to bed. (51) The next morning, I went down into my kitchen and made myself a bowl a cereal. (57) I woke up at about noon, and my Nana came into tell me that we were about to eat lunch. “What's for lunch” I asked her. She told me we were having ham and cheese sandwiches. The sandwiches had a little surprise though. The ham had little peppers bit in it, and it was really good. (58) After I ate I went to go walk around and explore, maybe even make a new friend. I walked around for a bit and went to the park. There was this girl who was sitting there, she looked upset, so I went and cheered her up. I asked if she wanted to be friends. And she accepted. (59) The next day, I found out that the girl I had became friends with lived right next to my Nana. Which was very cool because we hung out till the sun went down. (60) We have been hanging out for a month, and it's sad because I have to leave in a month. Since I had to leave soon, we asked her Mom and my Nana if we could have a sleepover, which they said yes
