In Macbeth, Shakespeare sets forth the overarching clout of immorality over the guilty and determined minds which lead them to carry out the most dishonest villainy that affects not only themselves and the kingdom but their families and the world as well. But this evil is not the one that finally claims victory, Shakespeare in this play also provides the crucial morality and courage which in their breakthrough defeat the evil and restore the status quo. He has a loving wife and a secure home in his estate. We see him interact with other kings and queens, and their friendship and respect are obvious, as is Duncan's high regard, which expresses itself in terms of life-giving growth, the beauty of natural processes, and unplanned help with promises of more to come.But as he is overpowered by evil and the crime is committed, his human feelings are slowly destroyed until at the end of the play he becomes the unnatural man, cut off from people and from God.
