Horror movies can be a way to scare for enjoyment, but when it happens in real life, it isn’t fun. Madeleine McCann was a three-year-old girl who went on a vacation to Portugal. She was kidnapped from her hotel room, but she hasn’t been seen in 17 years. While Madeleine McCann’s case remains unsolved, Christian Brueckner is the main suspect who allegedly killed Madeleine while she was on vacation. Madeleine McCann has two siblings who were 2 years old at the time of her disappearance. Sean and Amelie are now 19 years old, and Amelie speaks about her life. She had a hard time trying to express her feelings about her sister's disappearance. She has spoken publicly about the challenges and how she wants her sister back. Sean McCann is not as willing to talk about his sister as Amelie. The parents were about 36 when Madeleine disappeared, and they were suspects, but then they were arrested. They weren’t even charged with neglect for leaving Madeleine in a hotel room with her younger siblings. They were out at dinner with another couple at the time of the kidnapping. They were said to be out at dinner with the Tapas Seven, which is the name that investigators and the community have given to the people at dinner with Kate and Gery. The bar that they were at was about 50 meters away from the hotel room. Each couple would take turns checking on their children, and they would go into their rooms using the patio door. They left it unlocked because they didn’t want the noise of the lock to wake up the sleeping children. The hotel has no video evidence of surveillance outside the hotel. This is strange because every property that people go to has cameras watching everything that everyone else does. There are many questions that the McCann’s have never been able to answer, like how someone got into the hotel
