The Major League Soccer commissioner is considering making the League better and with more teams. As of 2017, there are twenty-two teams but it will increase to twenty-five teams by 2020. For example, Los Angeles will have a team and added to the MLS in 2018 and now California will have two teams in the league, the second team being Los Angeles Galaxy. The MLS Commissioner, Don Garber is looking at some cities with a high population of soccer fans. These cities include Nashville, Cincinnati, and Sacramento. They are the top candidates and who will potentially have a team by 2020. Nashville should have an MLS team because it makes the soccer fans in the city enjoy the league and will present a competition. Nashville should have had a team before it grew soccer fans because every year there is a soccer match played in the Nissan stadium, the attendance is getting higher every match played. Of the records set, the future soccer team should share the Nissan Stadium with The NFL team Tennessee Titans because, in other states like Seattle, the MLS and NFL teams both share the same stadium called CenturyLink Field.
