The Industrial Revolution was a period of time with major Industrialization in the 1800s. During the period of time when Andrew Carnegie, and John D. Rockefeller who were both Philanthropist, and 2 of the top 5 businessmen that America has ever known. It was probably very hard to work during that time. Some people feel as if Andrew Carnegie and John D. Rockefeller are Robber Barons, and some people feel as if he is a Captain of Industry. I feel as if Andrew Carnegie and John D. Rockefeller both didn’t treat their workers well for multiple reasons.
Firstly the Industrial Revolution began due to the primary focus of the 19th century being economic growth and expansion. The Industrial Revolution was essentially an era of new manufacturing procedures and new manufactured goods. This period exposed us to a notable “great inventor” who was called Eli Whitney. He gave us the popular invention of the cotton gin which made the process of separating seeds from cotton easier and less time consuming. Whitney also introduced us to interchangeable parts which made the creation of weapons quicker and cheaper.
The Industrial Revolution was a period of significant technological, economic, and social change that occurred between the 18th and 19th centuries in Europe and North America. It was marked by the widespread adoption of new manufacturing processes, machinery, and power sources, leading to the growth of factories and mass production. This period saw the emergence of new industries, such as textiles, iron, and coal mining, and it revolutionized transportation with the development of steam-powered engines and railroads.
The Captains of Industry wanted what was best for America in the industrial and economic side of the country’s growth during the Industrial Revolution. Men like those Captains came to America while it was in a transitional phase of sorts. America was welcoming new immigrants and starting to dive into the Industrial Age, and it continuously challenged the minds of its people every day. Captains of industry created new revenue for the country, as it could sell these inventions to other countries and gain a higher status and more money. Also, they created lasting inventions, and top-of-the-line products that we use today.
The Industrial Revolution was a time when the world was experiencing new inventions very often. In the late 1700s, the Industrial Revolution came to America with a man named Samuel Slater, who had memorized a design for a new technology. Slater introduced America to the textile-making industry, building America's first textile mill on Rhode Island. After this, many new inventions and processes surfaced, helping America rise to the top in global economy. This new system of manufacturing overturned America's old agricultural based economy, which means that the Industrial Revolution really was a revolution.
The Industrial Revolution transformed society into a well oiled machine. It took place between 1760 and around 1820 to 1840. The industrial Revolution meant a transition into many new manufacturing processes. It took place in the United Kingdom (Great Britain). The reason it took place here was because the UK had a greater head start on commercial and technological advances than the rest of the world did at the time.
The Industrial Revolution was from 1750 to 1830, a period of time that caused an economical and cultural shift. This era brought a mix of positive and negative effects that not only affected the area it was in but also its surroundings. In result of the revolution there was the cottage industry, agriculture, harsh labor within the system of factory- based manufacturing that included complex machinery, the growth of technology, new resources and the development of transportation. Also the series inventions that increased the production of manufactured goods, which then led to the increased size in the population. A series of the positive effects that came from the industrialization mostly came from the factory owners and the individuals who were above the middle class.

The Industrial Revolution took place during the late 1800’s and the early 1900’s and was considered to be the “New Industrial.” Many things were brought to the economy at the time due to this occurring; some in which being machinery, technology, production of goods, and even performance. The economy was not the only thing greatly affected by this revolution but the farmers, the working-class, and the middle-class were also affected to a deep extent.

This growth allowed the formation of big business to rise. All these factors have played a huge role in how we see our daily lives today. They helped us create laws and social norms that we follow today.

As every coin has two sides, there are negative sides to this. Primarily, it caused severe pollution. The environment condition was bad with smokes surrounding them.
