Nothing is better than a freshly baked batch of chocolate chip cookies. They’re a delicious enjoyable dessert that everyone knows and loves. It’s hard to go wrong with these. Wouldn’t it be great if someone taught you how to make a perfect batch? Well that’s what I’m going to do. Chocolate chip cookies are easy to make, enjoyable, and a good tasty treat for all.

If you follow the wrong steps you will end up with a batch of bad cookies. You should start by preheating the oven to 375 degrees F. You should then put your butter into the microwave on a medium power until it is melted. While it is in the microwave you should find a large bowl to mix other ingredients. In your large bowl you will mix both of your sugars, eggs, vanilla, and finally your melted butter. Stir these ingredients until they are fully mixed and combined in the large bowl. In another bowl you should put your flour, baking soda, and salt. Then, whisk these ingredients all together. Insert these dry ingredients into the large bowl that has your wet ingredients. You must be careful to make sure that you do not overmix these items otherwise your dough will be the wrong texture. Finally, add your chocolate chips into the mix if you wish to do so. Mix the chocolate chips with your dough until the chips are spread out evenly, but be careful to not break your chocolate chips. Now that you have completed your dough you can start scooping it onto the two large baking sheets that you have. When you are to this point, you want to make your cookie dough into one inch balls or maybe a little bigger or smaller depending on how you like them.
