Management Plan-
Brayden-CEO
Chief Executive Officer- I make sure business is running smoothly, make sure all employees get all get along, and make sure customers are happy and well served. I have owned and ran two restaurants previous to this, and have always wanted to open a food truck.
Trey-CEC
Chief Executive Chef- I am primarily responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations and staff, training staff to cook their dishes, creating dishes to add to the menu. I have created the menus for five other local restaurants, and have worked in 20 restaurants in my whole career.
Addison-CFO
Chief financial officer- I will manage how much money we have coming in and out at all times, and how much money we spend on products, gas, etc. I have my BBA in finance from

We plan on being open Monday-Saturday from 11am-5pm. On sundays we will be closed in order to prepare for the upcoming week. Eventually we plan on being in many different locations.
Promotion
We will use social media platforms such as Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter and Facebook. We will also have business cards to hand out to customers that visit the food truck. We also would like to get our customers to tell their friends and family about their experience.
Operational Plan-
At Wild Burger, we will buy everything we need in order to be successful daily. Our business will run on a made to order basis, which means we will make the food right on the spot for the customers request. We unfortunately do not offer delivery services, but we do provide call ins for customers to place to go orders. Each member of our team will have different task to get done in order for us to be successful each day. We will have one truck, that has all the equipment we need in it such as a small freezer and refrigerator, cooking utensils, grill and sink. The big freezer will be placed at Addison house.
