Marilyn Monroe, also known as Norma Jean Baker, was a very sensational actress, singer, and model. She was a beauty icon and always will be remembered by a countless number of people. Despite her horrid childhood, mental illnesses, and dreadful relationships she never gave up on her career until she ended her life at the age of thirty-six on August 5, 1962. She lived a very productive life. As a result, Marilyn Monroe’s acting career, beauty, and hard work have made her an inspiration to many people around the world

She was famous for her voice, witty attitude, blonde hair, and a sexy hourglass figure. Then she signed with 20th Century Fox in August of 1946. She made seven films with Fox. Monroe acting career became substantial in the years of 1950 until 1955. (source #4) During this time she performed countless numbers of songs and musicals and received attention worldwide. In 1953, she won the World Film Favorite Female, and also in the year of 1955 she made her own production, which was called Marilyn Monroe Productions. Eventually, she then married a baseball player Joe DiMaggio. In the year of 1956 she won an award for the Golden Globe for Best Actress from the romantic comedy film Bus Stop (1956), secondly she got married her third husband Arthur Miller in that same year. Marilyn was portrayed as a star in every film she acted in. Shortly after, her film “Some Like it Hot” was the most commercially successful films according to (source #3). By that time, she received an award for Best Actress in comedy in the year of 1960. Marilyn received attention from everywhere around the world.
