Marion Jones is a former world champion track and field athlete and also a former professional basketball player. During the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, Australia, Marion Jones became the first woman to win five track-and-field medals at a single Olympic game. Although since college there have been rumors of drug use Jones repeatedly denied taking it. During her first marriage to shot putter C.J. Hunter, who was also her manager there were suspicions that both Jones and hunter were using steroids; although they both denied the allegations, hunter test positive for the banned anabolic steroid nandrolone. Rumors began to spread again about Jones’s use and although Jones, never failed the drug test at that time, again denied the allegations.
