21. Be unique. Offer products and/or services that are unique to your community. The more uniqueness of your products and/or services, the more your brand famous quickly. If you managed to make your brand famous, then the money will come flowing naturally to you.
22. The business blueprint. You must create your business blueprint. It was the systems you created that would sell your products and/or services. It consisted of detailed rules, duplication process, and accompanying training. It can make running your business as easy as possible.
23. Organizing. Without any good organizing, the company will become bureaucratic and wasteful. So, your company will never be effective and efficient. The organizational system can make the relationship between you and the employees good. Likewise the relationship between management and employees, or among employees. The working atmosphere becomes harmonious.
24. Build your corporate culture. Building a corporate culture is not an easy job. So, you should start designing and implementing corporate culture since the company began operations.
