Martin Luther King Jr. Said a great quote which I agree with. This quote reveals the character itself, it’s easy to talk about the controversies and arguments than rather facing them in reality. Everybody might have or even had hard situations in its life facing with challenges or even handling with tension conflicts these factors might occur anywhere, at workplace for example, having arguments with your co-worker or even conflicting with your boss or it can appeared to be your neighbor, friends, family and etc. In my lifetime, I also had to deal with the conflicts among my friends, classmates and group mates, it’s really hard to solve the problems such as conflicts and arguments, in this case I always appreciate three qualities which are …show more content…

Once on our English class my friend and teacher were having an argue with each other over my friend’s grades, at that time he was not doing well at English also he was not managing to do his assignments, projects on time and the teacher said that if he kept doing on that level, he might be expelled, he was desperately trying to do well at English, then I instantly came up with an idea which would make both sides satisfied, i offered my teacher that I would help my friend with his assignments and work on his English, after that I would always assist him with his projects and presentations, also at university activities I would always take him to my team this would develop teamwork and leadership, I also signed him up for extra English classes, eventually he began doing well at English.
