Before I get into my essay I first want to say it's very hard for me to determine whether mary bell's case is personal choice or upbring since she is so young, but if had to choses i would say it was her upbringing so now let's get into my essay Mary Bell is a controversial figure in British criminal history, known for committing the murders of two young boys when she was just ten years old.
