Shelley writes a story about Victor Frankenstein who creates a form of life using body parts of dead people. Victor becomes terrified of the creature he has brought to life. This creature becomes a monster in Shelley's novel and starts a chain of bad events. The monster causes a fire, commits murder, and vows to revenge on Victor.
