A recent article from fbi.gov, reveals that weapon of mass destruction is a nuclear, radiological, chemical, or biological weapon that can bring harm to a massive number of humans (no page info from this website). The world needs to be more aware of how harmful these weapons are and the damage they cause. A nuclear bomb explosion is caused by the splitting of an atom. The smallest of these bombs can kill up to 100,000 people. Research found on icanw.org, shows countries such as Russia and the United States have many of these weapons in their arsenal (no page info). The production and possession of weapons of mass destruction should be banned from the world because they can kill innocent people, cause environmental, and the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki is too great to ignore.
